This beautiful apartment Il Tuoro is situated on a hill side surrounded by nature, only 600 meters from the center of Acquara in the Massa Lubrense area. The apartment is 35 sqm with living room, cooking corner, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a lovely private terrace with sun decks, table and chairs.

Sammontano is a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa-Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus. The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is a few meters away from another villa we manage (have a look at reference V435). Very characteristic is the arched panoramic window that you have in the living area. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with view of the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, swing-chair, table and chairs.

From a large shaded terrace equipped with deckchairs and sun beds, one's gaze runs across green olive groves, rests on the small charming hamlet of Nerano, embraces the entire bay and loses itself in the blueness of the sea; a fairy tale! The apartment with private access is hidden amongst the flora of the countryside assuring privacy and peace to the guests. It is situated at a distance of 800m from the small square of Nerano where grocery shops and a bar are to be found. The bus stops here on its route to the beach (2,2 km from the apartment) or in the opposite direction on its route to other localities on the sorrentine peninsula.
